Menu Plan Monday – Week of 4/19/10

WOW - so my husband was sick ALL weekend and we never saw him for 2 days.  I thought I was a single mom.  Therefore I did A LOT of cooking this weekend.  We will see if I can cook this week, it will be tough!  He is on antibiotics now, but I am praying no one else comes down with it!

Monday – Meatloaf
Tuesday – Tuna Noodle Casserole (recipe to follow)
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Meatball Casserole (recipe to follow)
Friday – Burgers & Fries
Saturday – Eat Out
Sunday – Eat Out
