Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup cream (or I use whole milk)
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in butter then remove skillet. Add cornstarch to cream or milk then brown in skillet stirring continuously. Once thickened, add broth and mustard and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken breasts, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. I like to servce over white or brown rice!
