Beef Tips & Noodles

This meal was an absolute hit in my house.  Next time I will serviously have to make a double batch!


Ingredients:
1# round steak, cut into thin strips
Flour
Oil
1 small onion, diced
4 cups of beef broth
1 tsp Marjorjam
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 bag of egg noodles

Directions:
In a large pot, coat beef in flour and then brown in oil, add onion about halfway through.  Once browned, add beef broth and spices.  Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour and 15 minutes.  Add egg noodles and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. So funny~ We had beef and noodles last night too with crescent rolls :)Yummy. I add celery to mine to give a little more flavor.
