Here is a super easy and delicious reicpe for cheese sauce that we love over broccoli!
Ingredients: Broccoli (1 head or 1 bag frozen) 1 1/2 tbsp butter 1 1/2 tbsp flour 3/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/8 tsp paprika 6 slices of American Cheese
Directions: Melt butter in sauce pan and stir in flour. Slowly add milk and heat on medium stirring constantly until it thickens. Add seasonings and reduce to medium-low heat. Add cheese and continue stirring until smooth. Serve over cooked and drained broccoli!
