I meant to start this in February, better late than never. I am attempting to plan our meals for the week to keep us more on track. My husband and I both work full-time so planning is a must or else we will end up with takeout. Our goals for this year include only eating out for dinner two times a week. At least one time a week is a must, because I go on cooking burnout! Ok, here is my menu plan for this week!
Monday – Steak Fajitas from the Freezer
Tuesday – Pepperoni Pizza Wheels
Wednesday – Dijon Crusted Tilapia
Thursday – Crockpot Beef Roast & Freezer Mashed Potatoes
Friday – Fish Tacos (recipe to follow)
Saturday – Dinner @ my sister’s house
Sunday – Eat Out
