Stuffing Crusted Chicken Tenders
Bag of Stuffing Mix (I used a leftover bag of Home Pride Oven Roasted Cubed Seasoned Stuffing)
1 Cup of Buttermilk
In shallow dish pour in buttermilk and season with pepper. In a gallon size bag, add stuffing mix and seal bag. Using a rolling pin, crush the stuffing mix. Coat chicken in buttermilk then add to bag and shake to coat. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place chicken tenders on foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. We like to use either Honey Mustard or Ranch dressing to dip them in!
