So I had read about using cake mix to make cookies and I wanted to try it out! This was so simple and easy and if you like soft cookies, you will love this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 packs of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (4 cups total) crushed
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Fold in crushed peanut butter cups. Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet. Cook at 375 for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
